2019 Civic Action Academy

Below is the coupon code for your event.  It is valid only in the numbered stalls at the Multimodal Transportation Center (MMTC) located at 1215 West 23rd Street.  All other stalls are restricted.  It is valid only for the date(s) specified.
This code is strictly for the use of visitors.  It is not to be used by faculty/staff or students.   Remember, anyone with this code can use it.  Make every attempt possible to safeguard who gets it.  If distributing via e-mail, restrict it to your guest.  As the Host you are responsible for all charges for its use.
For added safety, the Dept of Public Safety only gives coupon codes to the host.  Any inquiries about a code for a specific event will be asked to contact the host.

Instructions for use:
Pay stations are located adjacent to each stairwell. You can use either one.

1. Enter your Space # then “D”.
2. Select Coupon Code “D”.
3. Select Continue “D” to acknowledge No Receipt screen.
4. Enter the seven-digit code listed above. 2001650 
5. Press OK “D” (This will not appear until you enter all digits).
6. ‘Authorizing’ will appear.
7. Ignore “Please Collect Ticket Below” instructions.  Main screen will reappear.

If the “Cannot Authorize” screen appears, repeat all steps.  If this does not work, contact your host.  The Dept of Public Safety is not authorized to give out coupon codes.
